Yoga

Yoga has been an integral part of life at Coombe for 6 years, we run a regular drop in class on Tuesdays (6.00pm-7.30pm, Vinyassa Flow, open to all abilities, £8 cash to the tutor), which is open to the general public, as well as participants on our courses and anyone undertaking R&D at Coombe. We also run occasional workshops and retreats led by a range of different teachers and Yoga is also a core element in our annual Art of Attention course.
