YOUR ACCOMMODATION
We have humble on site accommodation, which is included in the residential course price and provides a home-from-home atmosphere for all the courses. The accommodation is also available to hire through AirB&B when courses aren’t running and is popular for creative retreats and groups of friends and families.
Bedrooms
The accommodation living room space has recently been refurbished within the single story long barn and includes single and double rooms. Participants attending courses are not required to share bedrooms unless they wish to do so and there is no single supplement. However, bathroom facilities are shared and following the Coronavirus pandemic we have fully risk assessed these spaces (as well as all other shared spaces). We will of course have enchased cleaning measures in place. You can read about our covid secure environment here All bed linen, towels and dressing gowns are provided.

That sounds nice but I require an en-suite. Are there any other options when attending a course?
Yes you can book as a non-resident and book alternative accommodation nearby. Below is a list of our recommendations. If you choose to stay elsewhere your lunch is included in your non-resident course price. If you would like to join the group for your evening meals at Coombe that can easily be arranged at £17.50 per person per night (for two courses excluding wine).
Kerswell Farm House
Gorgeous accommodation in nearby cornworthy with five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is fitted in English oak and furnished with an blend of antique and contemporary pieces and original artwork.

Fingals
Fingals is a boutique self catering apartments right next door to Coombe – it was originally the manor house of the ‘Farm’ that is Coombe Farm Studios. With en-suite bedrooms, a swimming pool, tennis court and bar it’s a great alternative accommodation for students at Coombe who don’t have their own transport.
Downton Lodge
Luxury, quality and comfortable bed and breakfast located between Coombe and Dartmouth. Downton has 2 Double ensuite rooms and one twin ensuite. Rooms are approx £80 for a luxury double.
