Episode 12 / VERRAN TOWNSEND - A Certain Stillness

Verran Townsend is a potter living and working in Totnes, Devon. He is a teacher and a potter that prefers to present his work differently - by talking his pots for a walk up mountains and alongside rivers and seas, and filming them.

Verran teaches at Coombe, on both our regular evening classes as well as our Immersive Introduction to Pottery weekend course. In this interview he talks about the relationship between his pots and the natural world and his interest and passion for teaching.
